The Farmer
The
farmer is one of the most useful and important person. We get our food because
the farmer grows crops. He leads a very simple life. He is hardworking, sincere
and honest. His life is very tough. He gets up early in the morning and begins
to work in the field till evening in all seasons. He carries on his hard work
inspite of the dull and cold weather. He lives in a hut or mud house. His
income is very low. His life depends on his land, animals and nature. For the farmers
his land means everything. He earns money by selling his crops. When it rains,
a farmer rejoice because rains means a good harvest. If the crops are good, he
remains happy but if the crops fail due to inadequate rainfall then his life
becomes miserable. Sometimes he is cheated by money lenders. Now-a-days the Government
has introduced several schemes for his benefit. We must be grateful to the
farmers.
